The Homecoming captures a place in every one of us where we truly feel at home; where we are filled with love, joy and contentment.
This Warrior-Chieftain in the Highlands of Scotland returns from battle to where his heart is, which makes life good. It's what you have too.
The negativity of life is a battle that wears on us. We can forget how it feels to be happy and even sometimes feel like we’ve lost our self.
We can find that fulfillment once more by connecting with that part of our self within, beneath all the layers of pain, fear, injustice and rejection to come home to who you really are.
It’s part of a healing journey. For some, it’s feeling the joy we had as children before life took its toll. Or your feeling of Home could be found now when you’re with a special friend or loved one. It can even be a past life like this Highlander and maiden. That’s how healing past lives can be.
Time may have passed but the people and places live in our heart and we can connect with our self through our happiest memories and feelings.
No matter what path you take, it’s healing to find that Homecoming within yourself, where you can be genuinely you and focus on the love you feel there and chose to feel it now.
Angus on the Other Side gave us this insight by example of his lifetime in 16th century Scotland, from which he keeps his name. He taught us that whenever you see this image, it registers in your subconscious mind, like a physical affirmation of coming home to yourself and the love you feel there.
